Ola!
Another eventful week!!! Yes I am feeling completely normal. I called Sister Soares about my rash and fever. Its pretty common here in Brazil. She just told me to drink water and take Advil. Water literally is life. You´re sick? Here, drink some water and lay down. But hey, it works! I stayed home during the day because she said the sun makes it much much worse, but then I went out and worked at night! The work doesn´t stop even if you are not feeling the best. But it went away after a few days so its all good now.
We had our last district meeting before transfers. To celebrate, Elder Wilson and Elder Mauter made some French Toast! It was sooooo good. With brown sugar and everything.....ugh miss the taste of home!
This week was pretty normal--walking in the sun, teaching, eating beans and rice. We are really focusing on completing families. So we are working more with less actives and part member families to help them understand the importance of eternal families. A lot of things change when you have an eternal perspective!
We teach English class 3 times a week which is nice to get a break from speaking Portuguese. But Saturday we got to the church to teach at church to find out that it was robbed the night before. It was odd because we were literally there Friday night for a baptism and the next day it was robbed. The church has keys to the fench, the church and then for each classroom. The robbers hopped over the fence (that has spikes) broke in through a window (that has steal bars) and then broke through the door (that is solid wood). Its funny because we literally have nothing to steal. We have chalk and chars......So nothing was stolen just a door and a window destroyed. But this is the first time it has happened here.
Love you all! I am so thankful for your weekly messages and for the love I feel!
Scripture of the Week: John 21:25 Christ did so many things for us! So many, that the books could not contain the amount of lives He blessed! Luckily we have the Bible and Book of Mormon to know a little more about Him!

Fun Fact: People here love the Bible and the word of God. So much, that there are literally hundreds of assemblies here. Every street corner there is one type or another.
